Role Overview

• Build and deploy AI-driven agents that integrate with our voice AI agent platform.
• Work across the stack: cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), backend services, and frontend interfaces (React + TypeScript).
• Collaborate closely with customers customer product, design, and R&D to deliver end-to-end features and customer-facing solutions.
• Understand customer needs, infrastructure, architecture and workflows — and turn them into scalable AI solutions.
• Research, prototype, and iterate on new AI agent capabilities.
• Deliver results under tight deadlines, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and challenges.
• Work across APIs, networks, and authentication systems to ensure smooth integrations.
  
  

Requirements

• 5 -6 years of software development experience, ideally with Go (Golang).
• Strong backend experience with cloud-native systems and container orchestration.
• Strong understanding of networking, HTTP, APIs, and authentication mechanisms.
• Ability to learn customer systems quickly and translate them into technical solutions.
• A flexible, problem-solving mindset with a passion for making things work under pressure.
• Big plus: hands-on experience building AI agents or working with conversational AI platforms.
• Great collaborator who values ownership, autonomy, and teamwork.
