TSG Group is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a development team working on complex and challenging systems in a Private Cloud environment.

The role involves end-to-end responsibility for the software development lifecycle – from architecture design and Frontend and Backend development to deployment in Production environments.

What Are We Looking For?

• At least 5 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and relational databases.
• Experience designing and implementing architectures for complex systems.
• Experience with Docker, Git, and S3 / Object Storage.
• Strong ability to perform high-level Code Reviews.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools, such as Claude Code.

Nice to Have

Experience with Python / FastAPI / Express, RabbitMQ / Kafka, OpenShift, Elasticsearch, RBAC/ABAC authorization systems, CI/CD, ArgoCD, Woodpecker, and MCP.
