We’re looking for a senior, hands-on team lead to work closely with the Development Manager and help lead the team through this modernization. This role calls for someone proactive who can take ownership, work across teams and business functions, and drive issues through to resolution.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET (C#) and React, with a strong backend focus
• 3+ years of experience leading a software development team
• Experience in a large organization, working across teams and supporting end-to-end processes and large-scale infrastructure
• Practical, day-to-day experience developing with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot, including introducing them to a team
• Experience in financial services, such as payments, cards or banking
• Solid understanding of services, APIs and integrations
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD
