Role Overview

Lead a Full Stack development team in a large-scale enterprise environment, combining hands-on technical leadership with Agile delivery. The role includes driving modernization projects, implementing AI-driven development practices (AI SDLC), managing production issues, and ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Full Stack development experience with .NET (C#) and React, with a strong backend focus

• 3+ years of experience leading development teams, including mentoring and code reviews

• Experience in large enterprise environments and complex systems

• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot), including team-wide adoption

• Experience in financial systems: payments, cards, or banking

• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, services, and integrations

• Experience with Cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong ownership, leadership, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced Agile environment
