Deloitte Digital, the world's leading implementer of digital client platforms, is looking for a talented Marketing Automation Implementer to join our Customer & Marketing Technology practice. The role involves hands-on implementation of Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions, working closely with clients—primarily in the banking and financial services sector—to design, implement, and optimize customer journeys in complex, data-driven environments.


What you will do:

  • Lead hands-on implementation and configuration of Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions
  • Design, build, and optimize customer journeys based on business and marketing requirements
  • Analyze and model customer data to support personalized, real-time decisioning
  • Work with GCP, BigQuery, and cloud-based data environments to integrate and activate data
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs for system integrations
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, marketing teams, data teams, and technical teams
  • Manage client-facing activities, including requirement gathering, workshops, and status updates
  • Ensure solutions align with banking regulations, security, and compliance requirements
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization


Skills and experience:

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience implementing marketing automation solutions
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures and environments
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations
  • Strong knowledge of SQL query language
  • Experience in client-facing roles, including stakeholder and expectation management
  • Good understanding of banking and financial services environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end
  • Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very good level of English (written and spoken)


Advantages (Nice to Have);

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) components beyond AJO
  • Background in marketing automation, personalization, or CRM platforms
  • Experience working in salesforce marketing cloud
