We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team working on our successful casual mobile game - Merge Cruise. This role focuses on player behavior analysis, business insights, dashboards, and analytical models that directly influence product, economy, and monetization decisions.

This is a full time position based in our central Tel Aviv office.

We expect analysts to work AI-first. Using AI tools is not optional or “nice to have” — it is a core part of how analysis, dashboards, simulations, and insights are produced.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large-scale player data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across retention, progression, economy, and monetization.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports used daily by Product, Game Design, and Monetization and R&D teams.
  • Use AI tools to transform raw data into actionable insights.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, detect anomalies, and proactively surface insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Economy Managers, and Developers to support data-driven decision making.
  • Support A/B testing efforts: experiment design, results analysis, and clear recommendations.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Product Analyst in a data-driven B2C environment (strong advantage for mobile games or consumer apps).
  • Strong SQL — ability to independently write, debug, and optimize queries across large, complex datasets, leveraging AI tools to accelerate and optimize work.
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and visualizations using AI tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytical questions and recommendations.
  • Experience building AI agents and integrating them into existing workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills — ability to clearly explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience).
