We are looking for a BI Team Leader – either an experienced team lead or a senior BI professional ready to step into a leadership role.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on leading BI activities, working closely with customers and executives to ensure successful adoption, ongoing value, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a BI team focused on implementation and maintenance

Act as a strategic partner to customers and C-level stakeholders

Ensure ongoing value of BI and AI models

Manage customer escalations and resolve conflicts effectively

Oversee system improvements and continuous optimization

Translate business needs into data-driven insights

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a BI Developer – Must

Strong experience with ETL processes and DWH systems

Proven experience in data modeling and dashboards

Strong analytical skills and high proficiency with BI tools

Experience in business process analysis

Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
