Responsibilities
- Datasets, Reporting & Dashboards: Build complex datasets that will be used for creation and maintenance of intuitive dashboards and recurring reports that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Control and tracking: build and Set up tracking systems (pixels, postbacks, events) across platforms (Meta, Google, MMPs, etc.)
- Data Exploration: Leverage large and diverse datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and potential growth drivers across all marketing channels and initiatives.
- Insight Generation: Analyze and interpret complex marketing data (customer behavior, campaign results, market trends) to identify key insights and opportunities for optimization.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of user acquisition and engagement efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing managers, product teams, analysts, and data engineers to provide analytical support for strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize marketing analytics processes, automate reporting, and enhance data accuracy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with experience in B2C - Web and mobile.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and a deep understanding of relational databases.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- 2+ years of experience as BI development, including ERD and ETL design.
- Demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking and statistical analysis/modeling techniques.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Most importantly: a problem-solving mindset and a proactive can-do attitude.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working within BiqQuery.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.You must have the willingness and ability to learn independently if not already proficient.
