About The Data Team

On your day to day

We’re looking for a RevOps Analyst who is proactive, curious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about driving sustainable revenue growth. You will have a direct impact on aligning the company’s revenue teams, and become a partner in optimizing the entire B2B revenue engine. You will collaborate closely with C-level, using your analytical skills and business understanding to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities that accelerate growth across the customer lifecycle.

  • Proactively identify cross-functional growth and optimization opportunities that Sales, and CSM teams can quickly act upon.
  • Lead projects such as pricing optimization, activation funnel analysis, go-to-market strategy, and deriving insights from our current customer base.
  • Define and track input and output metrics across the revenue organization to measure performance and drive accountability.
  • Build scalable data products and processes that support B2B revenue operations from the ground up.

What Will Make You Stand Out?

  • 2+ years of experience as an Analyst working with Sales and/or CSM teams in a technology company (must)
  • Strong knowledge of business and product processes and how to translate business needs into research questions and models.
  • Experience in analyzing B2B funnels and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in common statistical analysis methods.
  • Proficiency using SQL for data querying and manipulation, Python (big plus)
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of success in quantitative fields
  • Capable of collaborating with diverse teams and C-level in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) principles (nice to have)
  • Very high proficiency in English, both written and spoken
