We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Team Leader to join our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Next Cloud service team.
In this role, you will lead a team of skilled developers in the design, development, and deployment of Check Point’s next-generation DLP cloud services.
This platform is integral to our suite of security products, including Network Security, Email Security, SASE, Endpoint, SaaS, and Cloud Security.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers in the development of innovative DLP cloud services.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the DLP cloud services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full stack development.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Golang).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with data loss prevention or related fields – an advantage.
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
