Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining key backend systems and infrastructure that power our core products, with a specific focus on the company’s Command and Control systems. You will oversee the entire development lifecycle, from specifications to production-ready code, ensuring the reliability and performance of these critical systems.

Your Role Involves:

• Working in a challenging, multi-disciplinary environment to devise, develop and maintain the company's main products, as part of the Software Team.
• Back-End servers development for the company’s Command and Control systems, from spec to tested production code.
• DataBase development.
• Integrate new cutting edge sensors and technology.
• Collaborate with team members and colleagues to solve problems and overcome design challenges.
• Learning the codebase and improving your coding skills.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in server-side development.
• Education: B.Sc. degree from a recognized academic institution (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems).
• Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Node.js and its related frameworks.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in building scalable, high-performance applications.
• Continuous Learning: Passion for staying up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in software development.

Advantageous Qualifications:

• Web Development: Experience in web development – Advantage.
• Mobile Development: Hands-on experience in Android application development – Major Advantage.
