What to Expect - The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Data-Focused Software Engineer specializing in handling data, as well as designing and developing data-centric applications and systems.

You must demonstrate strong software engineering skills, excellent interpersonal communication, extreme ownership, and the ability to accept and give meaningful technical feedback.

You will work as part of a Scrum-Agile cross-functional team and collaborate with data analysts, backend engineers, product managers, and more.

What You’ll Do - Responsibilities

• Build and optimize complex queries across various databases and applications.
• Develop and maintain data applications.
• Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights.

What You’ll Bring - Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Experience as a BE/BI Engineer (2+ years).
• Expertise in modern web development frameworks, C#, Java, or equivalent.
• Experience in writing optimized SQL and working against various data sources.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for presenting data insights.

• We offer a hybrid work policy : 3 on-site plus 2 flexible days.
