Automation Leader

We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to join our growing testing team . The job includes leading the development of QA Automation tools, combined with test executions and bugs detecting on a financial application.

Responsibilities:

• Be a part of rapid development cycles to deliver high quality products
• Re-organize the automation infrastructure from the ground up (both for FE and BE)
• Incorporate automation products, procedures and architecture
• Hands on Development of infrastructure and Automated testing
• Bring us from a bunch of solutions to a full CI infrastructure
• Going over specifications documents thoroughly to find special cases and scenarios
• Becoming the house-expert on automation infrastructure.
• Participate in manual QA to better understand automation needs.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Leading at least one automation project
• Managing a group of 3-5 people
• 3 years experience of Automation development - mostly Back-End
• 2 years experience as a QA Engineer
• Hands-on Familiarity with automation technologies in the market: Jenkins, etc.
• Experience with a scripting language - Python, Bash.
• Experience with analyzing large log files: regular expressions etc.
• Experience in designing and developing CI infrastructure in Linux
• Experience in writing automation tests
• Continuous work with Dev teams on unit testing coverage
• Bug detection abilities and good analysis to root cause detection

Advantage

• Financial background: FIX protocol, FX trading,
• Experience with Jira, SVN, Jenkins
• Developed in C++, specifically unit tests
• Basic SQL
