Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and seasoned Data Analyst to join our innovative Quality team. As Wix is dedicated to a quality revolution, this is an opportunity to play a leading role in our exciting journey.

• Take ownership of quality definition and tracking across Wix and act as the subject matter expert, leading the implementation of quality standards
• Collaborate closely with data teams across Wix to gather quality definitions and data
• Build data models and play a role in building a data warehouse
• Conduct analysis and research on quality and performance metrics across multiple products, providing valuable insights for areas with high potential for quality improvement
• Build comprehensive interactive dashboards that will allow management to easily access their quality metrics, find areas with high potential for improvement, and define the team’s next steps
• Present and communicate your insights to upper management
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience as a Data /Business Analyst, preferably in a high-scale environment.
• You must be proficient in SQL
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Proven track record of researching and analyzing data until the desired outcomes were achieved
• Passionate about solving complex problems and driving product innovation
• You’re innovative and creative with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing requirements
• You have excellent communication skills and high energy, which allows you to collaborate with different personality types and teams across an organization
• You have a high level of self-organization and initiative, and you’re able to work in a rapidly changing environment
