Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and implement cutting-edge analytical techniques.
  • Analyze large and intricate datasets, extracting insights about player behavior to identify both issues and areas of improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using extracted data to monitor product performance, key business metrics, and player experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the studio, monetization, and management teams, offering actionable recommendations derived from game data to improve gameplay experience and lifetime value.
  • Plan and execute effective A/B tests, improving key performance indicators.
  • Conduct preliminary research and present qualitative results: analysis of leading competitors, innovative features, and advanced monetization advantages.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of analytical work experience, preferably within a web or mobile company, especially in the online gaming industry.
  • BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as mathematics, industrial engineering, economics, statistics, or equivalent academic knowledge.
  • Outstanding analytical and technical skills.
  • Proficient in SQL with a track record of querying large, complex datasets.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
  • A solid foundation in the gaming industry and an understanding of current trends.
  • Passionate gamer :)
  • People-oriented, a team player with excellent communication skills

Advantages:

  • Previous experience as a product analyst in the gaming industry.
