Innoviz Computer Vision Algorithm Research and Development team is responsible for the creation of the most advanced perception algorithms based on Innoviz Lidar 3D data. We are proud to have some of the best talents in Computer Vision domain, and plan to continue and grow in this area.

The team is dealing with innovative data types created by our cutting edge Lidar sensor. The algorithms developed by the team focused on classical geometric approaches and deep learning methods.

We are looking for a talented Computer Vision Algorithm Team Leader to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-3 Computer Vision Algorithm researchers in the field of Lidar calibration and ego motion calculation
• Hand-on development 30-50%
• Mentor, lead and manage the researchers to achieve their targets
• Work with the SW embedded team to create an end-to-end solution with well define hand over
  
  

Requirements

• MSc (PhD – advantage) in relevant domain (SW Engineering / Computer Science / EE)
• 3+ years of experience in management of computer vision algorithms engineering team
• Solid background in Computer Vision: 4+ years of experience developing Computer Vision Algorithms
• Experience in optimized implementation and/or algorithm design for Embedded platforms is an advantage
• Experience with data driven solutions
• Solid software skills
• Experience with 3D Geometry and Data - an advantage
• Experience with Python and Object-Oriented practices. OpenCV, C/C++ - an advantage
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
