Role Overview

Join a multidisciplinary Data & AI team developing advanced personalization solutions using Machine Learning and Reinforcement Learning. Lead end-to-end Data Science projects, from research and model development to real-time production deployment and performance evaluation.

Collaborate with Engineering, BI, and Product teams, mentor Data Science professionals, and contribute to technical research and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field

• 4+ years of professional experience in Data Science

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Machine Learning

• Advanced proficiency in Python

• Proven ability to solve complex problems and lead Data Science projects

• Excellent communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong collaboration skills in multidisciplinary environments
