BI Systems Analyst | Jerusalem

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a BI Systems Analyst for an organization in Jerusalem.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Business Intelligence (BI) systems and data management processes within the organization's Information and Research Division

Analyze and design information systems, gather requirements, and prepare functional specifications and planning documents

Manage development and maintenance projects for BI and data systems

Monitor data quality and present insights through dashboards and advanced BI tools

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including development teams, business units, and vendors

Manage vendors and coordinate development teams

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in information systems analysis, including requirements gathering, specification writing, system design, development support, and acceptance testing

Experience managing and leading BI and data projects, including data modeling, information systems development, and maintenance

Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik, including dashboard development and data visualization

Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data processing, and data quality control

Familiarity with Python, Excel, AI tools, and Large Language Models (LLMs) – Advantage

Experience working with development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, including task and project management capabilities
