We are seeking an experienced Group Lead who shares this vision to lead our Core and Integrations group within the R&D department. You will play a crucial role in managing our high-performing production teams, driving the development of our real-time bidding and optimization systems, ensuring seamless API and system integrations, and building our user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Direct oversight of our real-time bidding system and optimization engine, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Lead the management of all API and system integrations, maintaining high reliability and efficiency.
• Expand and mentor the production Backend, Fullstack and DevOps teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and AI-driven development.
• Drive the continuous evolution of our AI-driven SDLC, using AI to increase the group's creativity and productivity while keeping quality high.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to align R&D initiatives with company objectives and market demands.
• Spearheaded the development of our next-generation system infrastructure to support larger scale operations.
• Contributed to revenue growth and server cost optimization through strategic R&D leadership.
  
  

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing teams, managers and individual contributors within a dynamic R&D environment, including backend, fullstack and DevOps engineers.
• Extensive background as a software engineer with a track record of tackling complex architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven software development, and a strong belief that AI changes how software is built: from AI-written code to AI-assisted review, testing and operations.
• Proven ability to lead a team through new ways of working, keeping quality and reliability high while AI increases speed and creativity.
• Demonstrated business and product orientation with a keen eye for market trends and customer needs.
• Experience working with mission-critical real-time systems, ideally high-throughput, low-latency platforms such as real-time bidding (RTB) or ad tech.
• Experience owning production infrastructure, from cloud and deployments to monitoring, incident response and server cost.
