About the Team

Our Sensor Engineering team develops the foundational technology behind Remedio’s platform, powering real-time posture analysis, security visibility, and automated remediation at enterprise scale.

The team works on high-scale, cross-platform infrastructure designed to help organizations continuously detect, analyze, and safely resolve security and configuration risks across their environments.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on leader for one of the most critical engineering teams at Remedio.

In this role, you will manage a team of ~5 engineers responsible for building and evolving the core infrastructure behind our platform.

This is a deeply technical leadership role, and you will drive architecture and technical direction while remaining close to the technology and engineering challenges themselves.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of highly technical engineers
• Own the architecture and technical direction of core platform components
• Build scalable, high-performance infrastructure powering real-time security analysis and automated remediation
• Develop cross-platform capabilities across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
• Work on complex engineering challenges involving performance, scalability, concurrency, reliability, and distributed systems
• Collaborate closely with Product, Research, Security, and Platform teams
• Drive engineering best practices, technical excellence, and strong ownership culture
• Influence product architecture and long-term technical strategy

Requirements

• Previous, proven experience leading engineering teams
• Strong background in endpoint security products, or agent-based security products, security infrastructure, OS internals development, etc.
• Experience working close to operating systems and system internals
• Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, memory, and performance optimization
• Strong coding skills in Go / modern C++ / similar languages
• Experience with cross-platform environments (Windows/Linux/macOS)
• Strong system design and architecture skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and great communication skills.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering or Equivalent military experience courses in elite intelligence corps.

Nice to Have

• Experience with telemetry, observability, or runtime analysis systems
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale security environments
• Experience leading teams in fast-growing startup environments
