Strauss-Water is hiring System Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts within a multidisciplinary product development team.
• Define system architecture and guide software and electronics teams throughout development.
• Bridge business, marketing, and technological requirements to drive effective product solutions.
• Create system specifications, flowcharts, state machines, and technical documentation.
• Drive reliability, manufacturability, and cost optimization throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage technical risks and facilitate knowledge transfer from development to production.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or Software Engineering (M.Sc. advantage).
• Strong knowledge of board design, EMC/EMI, component selection, and embedded firmware development.
• Experience with closed-loop control systems and sensing algorithms.
• Proven track record delivering multidisciplinary consumer products through mass production.
• Experience in high-tech or large-scale organizations.
• Hands-on approach with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
