We’re looking for a Data & BI Analyst with strong BI capabilities, analytical thinking, and a solid business mindset to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain data models using Oracle and Universe.
• Perform complex analyses, analyze customer behavior, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Develop advanced dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Work closely with the Data Warehouse team and business stakeholders across the organization.
• Translate business needs into effective, data-driven solutions.
• Take part in significant business projects and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field — required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer — required.
• Strong, hands-on SQL skills — required.
• Experience developing Universe (SAP BusinessObjects) — a significant advantage.
• Experience with Tableau — a significant advantage.
• Experience working with Oracle databases — a significant advantage.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into practical, data-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
