BI Team Manager | Jerusalem

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a BI Team Manager for a healthcare organization in Jerusalem. The role focuses on managing and leading BI and Analytics activities, from defining business requirements through delivering advanced information solutions to end users.

Responsibilities

Professionally and managerially lead the BI team

Lead the organizational data architecture

Plan and develop BI and Analytics solutions

Manage ETL processes and the organizational Data Warehouse

Oversee reports and dashboards

Work closely with hospital management, business stakeholders, and technology units

Ensure data quality across BI and Analytics environments

Promote technological innovation and optimize data-driven processes

Provide solutions for the organization's analytical needs

Requirements

Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or another relevant field, or proven professional training in BI, Data, and Analytics

At least 5 years of experience in BI and Data

At least 3 years of experience managing a BI team or professionally leading a team in the field

Significant experience developing and implementing BI solutions in a Microsoft environment

Experience developing and managing organizational ETL and DWH processes

Experience leading cross-organizational technology projects

Experience working with senior business stakeholders and management

Experience developing and implementing Power BI in a large organization

Experience working with SQL Server and building analytical models
