The Missile & Space Systems Division is looking for a Senior Guidance & Control Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing physical models in the field of missile systems

• Developing advanced algorithms in the areas of guidance, flight control, estimation, and signal processing

• Working independently on the design of guidance, control, and estimation algorithms and implementing them in MATLAB and Simulink environments

• Implementing algorithms in C++ using OOP in Visual Studio and real-time environments

• Analyzing experiments and deriving insights and lessons learned to improve algorithms

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering – Mandatory

• At least 5 years of experience developing guidance, control, and estimation algorithms for missile systems

• At least 2 years of experience managing a team of engineers
