What we're looking for
5+ years of experience building production software, with strong technical depth and the ability to own architecture and move quickly across the stack.
Ex-founder or founding-team member who has built and shipped a product from zero, owned outcomes end to end, and made decisions with incomplete information.
Strong product instincts, with experience prioritizing roadmaps and building tools that teams genuinely rely on.
Exceptional communicator who creates clarity across engineering, product, GTM, leadership, and customers.
Highly proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building the systems that enable a fast-moving organization to scale.
