We are looking for an experienced Data Solutions Lead to combine technical expertise, solution architecture, customer consulting, and hands-on delivery across complex data projects.

What you'll do

• Lead solution architecture and design for enterprise Data & AI initiatives.
• Build Proofs of Concept (POCs) and stay hands-on with Python, SQL, and modern data platforms.
• Support presales activities, technical discovery, and technology selection.
• Guide customers through complex technical challenges and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of advanced data projects while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 5–8 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, or AI-related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience designing complex data architectures and data pipelines.
• Experience with Real-Time Analytics.
• Customer-facing experience, including technical consulting or presales.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft data technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms.
