About The Role
We're looking for a Head of RevOps to own how PDQ grows revenue, from the first lead to a renewed merchant.
This isn't a support role for Sales. You'll find where revenue leaks, test fixes and ship the ones that work. We measure RevOps by the improvements it ships, not the reports it produces.
At most companies, sales ops, revenue ops and AI ops sit in three different teams. Here they're one problem, and yours.
You'll be based in Tel Aviv, report to our VP Finance and work closely with our CEO, Sales, CS, Data and Product.
What You'll Own
- Lead generation and the GTM funnel. Partner with Marketing on the engine where everything starts: how leads are sourced, enriched, scored, routed and followed up, and how they turn into pipeline.
- New business conversion. Own the path from pipeline to closed-won. Find where deals leak, size each leak and fix the biggest first.
- Deal desk. Be the one who pushes key deals over the line: bring Sales, Finance, CS and Product together, clear blockers fast, and keep pricing and terms within clear rules.
- Hands-on analysis, with our Data team. Do the analysis yourself and work hand in hand with Data to combine funnel numbers with sales calls, interviews and objections, and learn why deals stall or are lost.
- Experiments that ship. Turn findings into hypotheses, test them, and build the fix yourself: workflows, automations and AI agents that run every day, not as demos.
- Renewals and upsells. Bring the same rigor to existing merchants: the renewal process, expansion plays and early churn signals.
- One source of truth, forecast and reporting. HubSpot end-to-end, connected to Shopify billing and finance data, so ARR, pipeline and churn mean the same thing everywhere and the whole team works to one sales process. The weekly forecast and the dashboards leadership runs on come straight from the system.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in revenue roles. RevOps, BizOps, growth or GTM engineering at B2B SaaS companies, including at least 2 years owning a RevOps or growth function end to end.
- Hands-on experience with Claude or another LLM. You've built at least three AI workflows or agents that teams use every week, and you can walk us through them.
- Shipped results. At least two revenue improvements led from diagnosis to rollout, with the measured result, for example in conversion, sales cycle or retention.
- B2B sales experience. You've worked inside a B2B SaaS sales organization, as a seller, a sales leader or an embedded ops partner.
- Hands-on analytics. Strong SQL and spreadsheet modeling. You've built funnel, cohort and retention analyses yourself, using ARR, NDR, GDR, pipeline coverage and CAC.
- Admin-level HubSpot or Salesforce. You've designed pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows and routing yourself, not just used them.
- Cross-team change. You've rolled out a process change across Sales and at least one other team, in more than one location, and kept it in place.
- Full professional proficiency in English. Written and spoken.
Advantages:
- Technical depth. Python or JavaScript, APIs and webhooks, or agent tools such as Claude Code and MCP.
- Ecommerce. Shopify ecosystem, ecommerce or martech experience.
- Product marketing. Experience in product marketing or a related role, such as growth marketing or pricing and packaging.
- Close to finance. Billing, revenue reconciliation or commission plans.
- Built from scratch. A RevOps function built at an early-stage startup.
