The Role
We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst who thrives on solving complex business challenges through data. This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll partner with Product, Marketing, Economy, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to uncover insights, drive experimentation, and influence key business decisions
.You'll play a central role in shaping our product strategy, optimizing our in-app economy, improving user acquisition and retention, and building the data infrastructure that powers growth across the company
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end A/B testing process, including experiment design, implementation, analysis, and actionable recommendations across Product, Economy, and Marketing.
- Monitor key business and product KPIs, evaluate feature performance, and translate complex data into strategic insights that drive growth.
- Conduct deep-dive ad hoc analyses to answer critical business questions and identify opportunities across the user lifecycle.
- Leverage Generative AI and LLM tools to accelerate analytical workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of data quality.
- Build, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards that provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into business performance.
- Transform large and complex datasets into clear, compelling stories that influence product and business strategy.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define tracking requirements, design scalable event schemas, and improve data quality across the organization.
- Contribute to the development of robust ETL processes and scalable data infrastructure that supports company growth.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably within gaming, mobile apps, SaaS, or digital consumer product.
- Strong expertise in SQL and Python for advanced data analysis, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Experience working with event-based product analytics, clickstream data, or user telemetry platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or raw event lo
- Proven experience leveraging Generative AI and LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to accelerate coding, automate analysis, and validate analytical outputs.
- Strong experience with Tableau or other BI and data visualization platform.
- Deep understanding of A/B testing methodology, experimentation frameworks, and statistical analys
- Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to identify trends, uncover insights, and translate data into business impa
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable leading projects in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with DBT, Mixpanel, or similar modern analytics platform
- Experience working with APIs for data extraction and integration.
- Background in statistics, machine learning, or predictive model
- B.Sc. or B.A. in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
