Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an AI Solution Delivery Engineer for a leading company in the Sharon area.

Join a leading company and take part in building internal AI agents based on Anthropic Claude Cowork and additional Large Language Models, delivering scalable, production-ready AI solutions through Low-Code and No-Code platforms.

Responsibilities:

Build internal AI agents based on Anthropic Claude Cowork and additional LLMs.

Design Skills, agent logic, tool usage, and end-to-end workflows.

Create end-to-end flows using Low-Code platforms.

Work with Claude on complex reasoning, document processing with broad context, and agentic workflows.

Deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Apply deep practical understanding of LLM behavior, Prompt Engineering, Skill design, Agent Workflows, and Orchestration.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in technical or analytical roles, such as System Analyst, Technical PM, Product Manager, Process Engineer, or similar.

Hands-on experience with at least one LLM platform, with preference for Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot Studio.

Strong experience in Prompt Engineering and building System Prompts.

Familiarity with Multi-Agent Architectures, including systems where multiple agents work together, divide tasks, and operate autonomously.

Experience working with Low-Code platforms such as Power Automate or n8n.

Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

High-level English proficiency.
