We are looking for
An experienced UAV Pilot & System Integrator to join FUSE. In this multidisciplinary role,
you will combine advanced flight operations with deep technical integration of airborne systems — hardware, software, wiring, and communication
contributing directly to cutting-edge unmanned aerial solutions in a dynamic defense environment
Your work will span both field operations and office-based engineering activities
In this role you will
Operate and fly multi-rotor UAVs in development, testing, and field environments
Perform system-level integration of flight controllers with payloads, communication systems, embedded hardware, and software components
Conduct ground and flight tests, calibrations, and troubleshooting of airborne platforms
Write and execute Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for airborne systems
Lead technical processes with customers and subcontractors
Analyze flight logs, develop scripts, and work within simulation environments
Perform hands-on soldering and wiring tasks as part of system assembly and integration
:Requirements
UAV pilot license for multi-rotor platforms up to 25 kg
Proven experience in UAV flight operations - FPV experience - an advantage
Hands-on experience with flight controllers, including calibration, ground and flight testing
Experience writing ATP for airborne systems and leading technical processes with customers and subcontractors
Several years of proven work experience in the field
Knowledge and experience in multidisciplinary integration of flight systems with communication, hardware, software, embedded, navigation, compasses, and cameras
Proven soldering skills
Experience with log analysis, script writing, and simulation environments
Experience with Linux OS installation and configuration, and working with Docker virtual environments - an advantage
Strong teamwork and communication skills, proactive problem-solving approach
