CodeValue is looking for an experienced and hands-on
DevOps leader to take ownership of our cloud platform, automation capabilities, and DevOps engineering practices across a large-scale enterprise environment. This is a high-impact role with both managerial and technical responsibility, leading the DevOps domain end-to-end while shaping the standards, tooling, and ways of working that enable secure, scalable, and efficient software delivery.
As part of a major digital transformation journey, this role sits at the heart of our technology evolution — supporting hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure, advancing CI/CD maturity, strengthening cloud security and observability, and driving modernization across core platforms and delivery teams. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, cyber, and business stakeholders, while leading a skilled DevOps team and helping the organization build a modern engineering culture grounded in ownership, reliability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a DevOps leadership or infrastructure management role, including at least 3 years of team leadership responsibility.
- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS and/or Azure; experience with both is a significant advantage.
- Experience designing and operating hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments.
- Strong background in CI/CD implementation using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code, with Terraform as a mandatory requirement.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, and/or Bash.
- Solid understanding of cloud security and secure infrastructure practices, including identity, networking, hardening, and regulatory alignment.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or New Relic.
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration technologies; experience with ECS and/or AKS is an advantage.
- Strong infrastructure and systems foundation across Windows and Linux, including networking, VPN, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems and working with APIs and API Management.
- High level of English proficiency.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with open-source configuration management and orchestration tools such as Ansible.
- Familiarity with artifact and repository management tools such as Nexus.
- Experience in FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
- Exposure to Generative AI and LLMOps, including understanding of the AI model lifecycle from prompt engineering and fine-tuning through deployment and production monitoring.
- Familiarity with infrastructure requirements for large language models (LLMs) and the use of vector databases.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale modernization, cloud migration, or CI/CD transformation initiatives.
The position is located at the client’s offices in Yakum and is fully on-site (no hybrid work).
