We are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to own and maintain our integration lab environments - sandbox systems that simulate third-party platforms used by our integrations.

Our product integrates with many external systems such as AWS, GCP, GitHub, Okta, Slack and other SaaS platforms. To develop and test these integrations reliably, we maintain lab environments that replicate real customer systems.

This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, automating, and debugging these environments in an advanced and agentic manner. Ensuring our engineering teams can develop and test integrations without being blocked by broken or outdated sandboxes.

This is a hands-on infrastructure role with strong exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, automation and a large amount of AI and agentic work.

What You'll Do:

Integration Lab Infrastructure: Build and maintain sandbox environments (AKA Labs) for external platforms such as: AWS, GCP. GitHub, Okta…

Tasks include:

• Provisioning accounts or tenants
• Configuring APIs and permissions
• Maintaining test credentials
• Ensuring environments remain functional.
• Generate traffic within those accounts
  
  

Infrastructure Automation: Automate the creation and management of labs using agentic workflows and Infrastructure as Code and scripting tools.

Examples:

• Terraform or similar IaC tools
• Python or Bash automation scripts
• CI/CD pipelines for environment setup and resets.
  
  

The goal is to ensure labs are reproducible and easy to reset, but no manual work is needed.

Lab Maintenance and Monitoring: Continuously maintain the health of lab environments:

• rotate expired credentials
• update configurations after API changes
• troubleshoot broken integrations
• maintain realistic configurations.
  
  

Test Data Simulation: Create scripts that simulate realistic activity in lab environments.

Examples:

• GitHub commits and pull requests
• cloud resource creation events
• identity changes or login events.
  
  

These simulations help validate that integrations collect and process real-world data correctly.

Integration Debugging Support: Assist engineers in reproducing integration issues by:

• configuring lab environments
• analyzing API responses
• reproducing edge cases in sandboxes
• investigating integration failures.
  
  

Documentation: Maintain documentation describing:

• lab setup
• environment reset procedures
• configuration requirements
• limitations of each sandbox environment.
  
  

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or backend engineering or equivalent hands-on experience through internships or personal projects.
• Proven experience with agentic workflows tools.
• Basic experience with Cloud platforms, Python/Bash scripting
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.), Docker or container basics
• Agentic thinker - hands on experience with creating and running agents in wild!
• Solve hard and complex problems
• Work as part of a team, willing to assist troubleshoot any production issue.
• Think like our customers, recreate environments to reflect real life, complex and messy accounts.
