- Lead the architecture and technical direction of a new product initiative at Datafy (0→1)
- Design and build complex, high-performance systems from the ground up
- Define core architectural principles, technology choices, and system design
- Work hands-on on critical parts of the system and drive implementation
- Establish high engineering standards (performance, reliability, scalability, code quality)
- Drive technical decision-making in an ambiguous, fast-evolving environment
- Collaborate closely with product and leadership to shape the product and its technical vision
Requirements
- Proven experience leading architecture of complex, distributed, or data-intensive systems
- Strong hands-on development background with a passion for building systems from scratch
- Deep understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
- Experience building and scaling large-scale SaaS systems
- Proven experience delivering high-availability, enterprise-grade systems
- Strong experience with cloud environments (AWS – advantage)
- Experience designing and deploying microservices architectures (Kubernetes – advantage)
- Strong understanding of production environments, deployment, and system reliability
- Ability to operate in a 0→1 environment with high ambiguity and ownership
- Background in storage systems - advantage
