The
Bluetooth Core Firmware team at Intel is looking for a motivated
Software/Firmware Engineer to design, implement, and maintain next‑generation connectivity solutions. In this role, you will help develop Intel’s Bluetooth core technology, shaping how millions of users connect and interact across devices.
You will work on performance‑critical, low‑level firmware (C coded) in a collaborative, multi‑geo environment, contributing to widely deployed products and taking ownership over impactful technical areas.
Qualifications
- BSc / MSc Student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Strong C/C++ development skills
- Self‑motivated and independent, with strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a multi‑site environment and drive multiple projects forward
- Clear and confident communicator, capable of technical ownership and decision‑making
- Curious, passionate, and innovative, with a strong focus on end‑to‑end results and user impact
- Advantage:
- experience in embedded or low‑level systems is a strong advantage
- Familiarity or proven experience with AI‑assisted software development, including building or using AI modules, agents, or developer skills (e.g., automation, tooling, analysis, or validation workflows.
- Bluetooth/WiFi/connectivity experience.
