As our centralized Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role across the entire organization - supporting top management and working closely with all departments (including Product, Risk, Sales, and Marketing). You will bring a 360° analytical view of the business, turning data into insights that drive strategic decisions, optimize performance, and unlock growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership and department heads to define, track, and analyze key business KPIs
  • Build and maintain company-wide dashboards and reporting frameworks across Product, Risk, Sales, and Marketing
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions
  • Support decision-making processes by providing deep-dive analyses and business recommendations
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business and proactively surface insights
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and consistency
  • Support Risk and Finance functions with performance analysis, forecasting, and monitoring
  • Lead the adoption and integration of AI within the data domain to enhance analysis, automate workflows, and improve efficiency
  • Act as a central analytical hub, aligning stakeholders around data and insights

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst (or similar role)
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools in day-to-day work – must
  • Strong experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Proven ability to translate data into business impact
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets
  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and reporting systems
  • Familiarity with Amazon QuickSight – strong advantage
  • Familiarity with DBT labs – strong advantage
  • Experience working in a startup environment, as a sole data function – strong advantage
  • Background in Fintech/funding/financial products – advantage
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand end-to-end business processes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Highly independent, proactive, and resilient
