What will your job look like?

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI models and algorithms, leveraging state-of-the-art techniques (e.g., GPT, multimodal LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation).
• Architect scalable GenAI platforms and frameworks, ensuring robustness, security, and high performance.
• Drive technical strategy and roadmap for GenAI initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals with AI capabilities.
• Oversee code reviews, technical design sessions, and solution validation, ensuring best practices and technical excellence.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize model performance, and implement advanced debugging and monitoring solutions.
• Champion automation, efficiency, and innovation in software and business processes, introducing new tools and methodologies.
• Represent the organization in technical forums, conferences, and customer engagements as a GenAI subject matter expert.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, technical growth, and knowledge sharing within the team and broader organization.
  
  

All you need is...

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specializing in GenAI, LLMs, and advanced machine learning.
• Deep expertise in Python and GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).
• Proven experience architecting, deploying, and optimizing large-scale GenAI solutions in production environments.
• Advanced proficiency with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong background in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and technical leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and upskill engineering teams in GenAI technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
