We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong business understanding to join our Monitoring team.

What You'll Do

• Analyze operational and financial data across merchant segments to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities
• Support pricing activities with data-driven models and ad-hoc analyses
• Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and finance to define problems and deliver actionable recommendations
• Automate recurring data workflows to improve team efficiency
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis speed and quality
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help stakeholders make faster, better decisions

• 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst – a must
• BA/B.Sc. in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field
• Strong analytical thinking and a business mindset 
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to independently query large and complex datasets
• High Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modelling
• The ability to work in a demanding fast-paced global environment and manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (written & spoken)

• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation - an advantage
• Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Qlik) – an advantage
• Experience using AI tools for data analysis and workflow improvement – advantage
