We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our team and build advanced software systems powering robotics and drone (UAV) platforms.
In this role, you will design and develop production-grade software that integrates distributed services, edge computing, and real-world hardware platforms. You will work on complex, multi-layered architectures that control, process, and analyze real-time data from drones and robotic systems operating in real environments.
You will be involved in the full development lifecycle - from system architecture and development to integration, testing, and deployment - ensuring reliable and scalable operation in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain production-grade software systems for robotics and UAV platforms.
- Develop systems that integrate with real-world hardware, sensors, and edge computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including robotics engineers, hardware engineers, and product teams.
- Work across the full software lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and scalability in real-world operational environments.
- Debug and troubleshoot system-level issues across software, networking, and hardware interfaces.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in working on real-time multidisciplinary systems, development in C++ / Rust / Python, or any other programming language.
- Strong experience developing production software for robotics, drones (UAVs), or any other autonomous systems.
- Strong leadership capabilities, Team player, Pusher that knows how to get things done.
- Strong understanding of Linux, networking, and system-level debugging.
- Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another related technical degree.
- Experience with PX4 / Ardupilot, ROS2 - Nice to have.
- Hands-on experience in DIY projects - Nice to have.
