Design, development, and implementation of specialized electronic systems, including:

  • Design, development, and construction of analog and digital electronic circuits for research applications, including signal generators and drivers for light sources.
  • Prototyping, assembly, soldering, and debugging of electronic circuits at the bench level.
  • Development and integration of microcontroller-based and embedded systems for experimental control and data interfaces.
  • Translating experimental requirements into reliable, precise, and user-friendly instrumentation for researchers.
  • Management of electronic components, including selection, procurement, inventory tracking, and documentation.
  • Troubleshooting hardware issues and iteratively improving designs based on field feedback.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering – required.
  • Proven experience in designing and building electrical/electronic circuits for practical applications – required.
  • Experience working with microcontrollers and embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with electronic test equipment (oscilloscope, signal generator, multimeter).
  • Strong hands-on technical skills in soldering and prototyping.
  • High proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage projects independently.
