Role Overview:
Senior leadership role responsible for managing the entire development domain within the IT division. The position includes oversight of core organizational systems across on-premise and cloud environments, leading multiple development teams and driving complex technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple development teams across the organization
- Oversee development activities for core enterprise systems in On-Prem and Cloud environments (SaaS / PaaS)
- Define priorities, plan development roadmaps and manage delivery processes
- Manage internal and external stakeholders across the organization
- Lead complex development projects with multiple systems and users
- Implement modern development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps
- Ensure high standards of architecture, integration, security and CI/CD practices
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software development and technology leadership
- Experience managing development units of significant scale (30+ developers) within the last 4 years
- Proven experience leading complex teams and driving cross-organizational initiatives
- Strong experience managing large-scale development projects including risk, budget and task management
- Deep expertise in software development, modern architectures, integration and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with multiple development platforms and technologies
- Strong knowledge of CRM infrastructures
