Ecoplant is a fast-growing, award-winning AI-based SaaS company on a mission to create a greener, smarter industrial world. We help industrial plants reduce energy waste, CO₂ emissions, and unplanned downtime by bringing automation, visibility, and intelligence to compressed air systems. Our innovative platform modernizes outdated infrastructure, enabling leading manufacturers to cut costs, optimize performance, and operate more efficiently than ever.
We’re looking for a Control Engineer who loves solving hard problems at the intersection of industrial hardware, networking, and automation. You’ll take ownership of critical customer issues, work hands‑on with real-world industrial environments, and help shape how our products and support scale as we grow.
This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, impact, and being close to both customers and engineering.
What You’ll Do

- Help with the design, implement, and support communication flows between PLCs, SCADA systems, sensors, and gateways
- Integrate industrial communication layers into higher‑level automation and monitoring system
- Work side‑by‑side with Service Technicians, Support Engineers, Project Managers, and domain experts
- Be the voice of the customer, turning real‑world issues into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams
- Take ownership of SLA commitments and help ensure we consistently exceed customer expectations
- Create clear documentation, playbooks, and internal tooling to help the entire support organization scale
- Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers and raise the technical bar across the team
