Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers both professionally and personally

• Take full responsibility for planning and developing end-to-end Full Stack solutions

• Work hands-on while making key technological decisions

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and customers

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Full Stack development experience

• Proven experience leading a development team

• Strong proficiency in React and Python

• Experience working with PostgreSQL and OpenShift

• Strong leadership skills, ability to work independently, and perform well under pressure

• Experience working with stakeholders and customers

• Willingness to be on-call in exceptional cases, including weekends
