Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that enhance Toluna’s market research platform, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic systems to extract meaningful insights from large-scale consumer data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams (product managers, data scientists, and engineers) in an agile environment to integrate machine learning capabilities into platform features.
• Continuously research and implement emerging AI technologies, optimizing model performance and contributing to the evolution of Toluna’s AI-driven research capabilities.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field OR echivalent experience
• At least 1 year experience in: Software engineering
• Strong knowledge in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic Systems.
• Good understanding of data structures.
• Experience working with remote teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and innovatively.
• Python/SQL

Advantageous Skills

• Source control with git
• Experience with Linux
• Familiarity with AWS
