Network & Proxy Support Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional to join our team as a Network & Proxy Support Engineer. This role involves a unique blend of networking, development (coding), and DevOps (server management), making it ideal for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys problem-solving and working in a dynamic environment.

You will play a key role in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting production servers, with direct exposure to code, automation, and infrastructure. This position requires a solid understanding of networks, scripting, and DevOps tools, as well as the ability to assist customers with technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and manage proxy systems to optimize network performance.
• Write and modify scripts/code to automate network and system operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to proxies, networks, and server performance.
• Work with DevOps tools to manage and maintain server infrastructure.
• Analyze network traffic data and identify patterns to enhance overall system efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D and IT teams to improve system architecture and performance.
• Provide technical support to customers, ensuring the smooth resolution of issues.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in networking, proxy systems, or a related technical field.
• Deep understanding of Linux and its network stack
• Knowledge of scripting and development (e.g., Bash, Python, JSON).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms).
• Experience with routing protocols such as BGP is an advantage
• Background in customer service/support is a strong advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
