Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level software engineer with strong ownership and hands-on experience in
designing, building, and maintaining scalable systems. Proven ability to deliver high-quality
solutions end-to-end, work effectively in cross-functional teams, and apply solid engineering
principles to real-world problems. Brings a pragmatic mindset, continuous learning attitude, and
a strong focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement software features end-to-end.
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software following engineering best practices.
- Build and deploy enterprise microservices using AWS.
- Design and manage NoSQL data stores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features.
- Conduct code reviews to enforce quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve software defects and production issues.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python programming on backend side, and React/Angular for frontend
side.
- Understanding of unit testing frameworks and practices.
- Basic knowledge of queue-based or event-driven patterns (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, AWS
SNS/SQS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Information
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or
equivalent work experience.
- Experience with cloud-based development and deployment. AWS services like Lambda,
DynamoDb, OpenSearch, etc. are advantageous.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
