Description

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on AI Solutions Builder to join the People team.

At monday.com and drive the next wave of innovation in how our organization operates and scales. This role blends a deep understanding of people processes with cutting-edge AI, automation, and solution-building capabilities.

You’ll sit at the intersection of people, technology, and Innovation - designing, building, and embedding AI-powered solutions that simplify work, enhance employee experience, and unlock new levels of efficiency and insight for the People organization.

This role is not only about managing or maintaining systems - it’s about building new capabilities, experimenting quickly, and turning AI possibilities into real, usable solutions for our teams.

About The Role

  • Build and deploy AI-powered solutions for the People team – including copilots, assistants, smart workflows, and automations.
  • Identify opportunities across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement, learning, offboarding) where AI and automation can improve efficiency and experience.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate on AI concepts – from idea to functional solution.
  • Design scalable, end-to-end workflows that combine HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Ashby), internal tools, and AI models.
  • Partner closely with HR, IT, Data, and internal product/connectors teams to integrate AI-powered capabilities into existing systems and processes.
  • Translate People challenges into tangible AI use cases and solutions using LLMs, automation, and no/low-code tools.
  • Develop frameworks, playbooks, and documentation to enable broader AI adoption within the People function.
  • Ensure ethical, compliant, and responsible AI implementation, aligned with privacy, security, and data governance requirements.
  • Drive adoption through change management, enablement, and ongoing optimization.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a technical, automation, or AI-focused role - or strong hands-on experience through projects or personal experimentation.
  • A builder at heart - curious, creative, and driven to turn ideas into real, working solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in AI & automation (GenAI, LLMs, chatbots, RPA, workflow automation).
  • Comfortable using no-code / low-code tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar, and able to extend them with lightweight scripting (Python / JavaScript) where needed.
  • Familiar with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Ashby, Workday, Greenhouse) - or strong motivation to specialize in the People-tech space.
  • Strong understanding of business and operational processes, with the ability to reimagine and simplify them using technology.
  • Able to move fast between experimentation and execution.
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator, able to bridge between technical capabilities and People/HR needs.
  • Passionate about improving employee experience through smart, thoughtful technology.
