Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture across Jeen’s platforms, services, and domains.
• Lead solution design and cross-company architectural decisions.
• Own multi platform architecture, including scalability, resilience, security, observability, and cost optimization.
• Define and govern AI integration (ADLC), architectural patterns, and guardrails using cutting-edge GenAI technologies.
• Design and lead advanced GenAI architectures (RAG, embeddings, vector databases, GPU and inference performance).
• Build and evolve the Engineering Platform (templates, paved roads, tooling, SDKs).
• Establish unified reference architecture and cross-organization standards.
• Own architectural roadmap, balancing performance, operations, security, compliance, and cost (COGS).
• Lead customer-facing architectural initiatives and define technical vision.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, DevOps, security, data teams, customers, and partners.
• Mentor senior engineers and promote best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in architecture or technical leadership, and 6+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and security, including serverless, microservices, and data pipelines
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, etc.)
• Practical experience working with AI/ML, including integration of AI-based productivity tools
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and make complex technical decisions
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English
• Experience deploying SaaS or on-prem solutions to enterprise customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of data engineering and analytics
• Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, LangFlow).
• Experience with multi-modal generative models (text, image, audio).
• Previous hands-on software development experience (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Node.js)
