Zadara is looking for an excellent software engineer to join the Storage Core engineering team and be a part of an elite team that delivers fully managed edge cloud services including storage, compute and networking.

As a Core team software engineer you will develop new Enterprise-grade features and explore new directions to improve our product resiliency, performance and scalability. You will be challenged with complex high-performance distributed software system issues that require a deep understanding of the Cloud infrastructure and advanced knowledge in Linux kernel.

Your day to day

• Work as part of a cross geographic agile team, working in high velocity, and delivering great quality.
• Develop and expand features within our storage and compute products to improve their robustness, performance and security.
• Work closely with the QA engineers to enhance our white box automation testing.
• Explore and resolve complex customer issues escalated by our Support team
  
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience
• Excellent understanding of Linux/Unix platform and the concepts
• Strong in C/C++ programing skillsHands-on experience in multithreaded programming and distributed systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (in Hebrew as well as in English)
• High motivation to work in dynamic and innovative startup
  
  

Your education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent from a leading university
  
  

Nice to haves

• Hands-on development experience with Python & Golang
• Familiarity with Container technology Kubernetes
