The Role

As a Senior Product Analyst at Orca AI, you will be a strategic partner to product managers, engineering, data, and business stakeholders — turning complex data into actionable insights that shape product direction, drive customer value, and fuel company growth. You’ll lead analytical initiatives end-to-end, define meaningful KPIs, and influence product decisions with rigorous analysis and storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Translate business and product questions into analytical projects, performing deep exploratory analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks
• Work with Data Engineers and Product teams to build scalable metrics, data models, and dashboards for ongoing product evaluation
• Support the design, execution, and analysis of experiments (A/B tests and other methodologies) to measure product impact
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, enabling data-informed decision-making
• Act as a trusted analytics partner across Product, Engineering, GTM teams, and leadership to influence prioritization and roadmap decisions
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role in a technology-driven environment
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets
• Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation methodologies, cohort analysis, and KPI design
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn complex analyses into clear, actionable insights
• A collaborative mindset and proven experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced product teams
