Healthcare Data Analyst

About the Company

Antidote Health is a tech- driven health insurance company on a mission to make healthcare easy, accessible, and more affordable. We’re rethinking how healthcare works—using technology to remove the friction, complexity, and delays that define the traditional system. Instead of navigating paperwork, long waits, and disconnected experiences, we’re building a simpler, more connected way for people to get care.

Our platform combines health coverage, virtual care, and a modern member experience into one seamless system designed to help people actually use their benefits.

We offer Affordable Care Act (ACA) health plans in Arizona and Ohio, and we’re growing quickly. We’re building a company focused on solving real problems—with real impact on people’s lives.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Data Analyst to join our Data department and help turn complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights that improve business performance, member experience, operational efficiency, and healthcare outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with curiosity about how healthcare works, together with the ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively in both English and Hebrew, verbally and in writing. This includes explaining the story behind the numbers, translating analysis into clear and actionable messages, and supporting stakeholder decision-making through discussions, reports, and presentations as needed.

You will work closely with business, medical, operations, finance, product, and technology teams, using data from areas such as Healthplan Membership, Medical Claims, Providers, medical Utilization, and customer interactions.

A successful Healthcare Data Analyst does more than produce reports. You understand the business question behind the request, determine which data can answer it, challenge questionable assumptions, validate the results, and turn the analysis into a clear recommendation or decision.

You will help us build a culture where data is trusted, understood, and used to drive action.
